The Zima Pod Pro is the newer upgrade to the original Zima Pod.
It has two cleaning modes, a 5 minute every day clean, and a max deep clean mode. Max mode is a 15-minute cycle, with varying intensities and cleaning bursts. Using it really helped to brighten my retainers, compared to the standard clean.
For me, the biggest upgrade was the detachable base. It makes refilling the tank much easier between uses.. Since the Pods need to be plugged in, the detachable design makes it much easier and safer to handle at the sink.
If you’re in the market for a high end ultrasonic cleaner to keep your retainers in top condition, the Zima Pod Pro is a worthwhile investment. It’s durable and well built and looks great too.
