I upgraded from the Genius brush to the iO a few years ago when I was given a new electric toothbrush to sample. There really is a big difference.
The brush is quieter, cleans effectively and is comfortable to use. The only thing is didn’t like was the battery life. Oh, and the price of replacement heads!
Plaque removal scores were the best we’ve seen. The upgraded mechanism includes micro vibrations which has more of a massaging quality to it, and yes that feels as good as it sounds. If your budget can stretch to this, these heads and the accompanying brush is highly recommended.
