Happier Mint Toothpaste is definitely commendable for its natural ingredients and eco-friendly packaging. Plus it has both fluoride AND Hydroxyapatite to help keep your teeth strong and healthy.
It contains Papain, a papaya enzyme which gently dissolves surfaces stains, and Vitamin E to reduce gum inflammation. It’s reassuring to know that the toothpaste is free from chemicals such as parabens and SLS.
This toothpaste does promise to whiten your teeth by up to four shades, but it fails to provide any evidence or results of this so I’m a little skeptical of this. It will though strengthen your tooth enamel and reduce sensitivity, thanks to the hydroxyapatite content.
We appreciate how Happier has combined sustainability with strengthening enamel and effective stain removal.
